Genuine Jacuzzi 1" on/off waterfall control valve assembly in gray and black two tone design. Used on the 2015+ J500 series and others. This assembly includes the handle, cap, gaskets/o-rings and body.
If you just need the cap and handle this is still the valve for you. Simply take this valve apart and replace all the parts you can into your current fixture without replumbing.
