Unions
Plumbing unions allow key spa components like pumps and heaters to be disconnected and removed without cutting the surrounding pipe. A union consists of two threaded halves and a sealing gasket or o-ring that creates a watertight joint when tightened. Over time, union o-rings wear out and cause dripping at connection points.
