Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price less our shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. You will not be refunded on the shipping and handling. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you ordered the wrong part, you will be expected to pay the return shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund quickly — within 1–2 business days after your part is received back to us and found to be new and unused.
Note: We do not accept returns on electrical parts, but will provide replacements on a defective part.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at parts@thespaguyinc.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Not sure which part you need? Don't guess. Take a clear photo of your part (include any model numbers or labels) and text it to 1-772-800-5445. Our Spa Part Matching System will text links to the exact part you need. You can also call 844-500-4645 to speak with our parts experts. We do this to save you the cost and hassle of a return.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and we ship mostly with the US Postal Service — therefore you will need to give us a P.O. Box if you do not have a mailbox.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Free Shipping on orders $75 or more within the continental USA.
We do everything possible to ship your part on the day of or the day after your order if it is late enough in the day. We ship every day except Sunday but have earlier cutoff times on Saturday.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at 844-500-4645 or parts@thespaguyinc.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — the standard return policy above will apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at 844-500-4645 or parts@thespaguyinc.com. We will cover return shipping and replace the item or issue a full refund at your discretion.
