This is a 1" Slip x Spigot Plug which measures 1 5/16" OD on one end and 1 5/16" ID on the other side it can be used to plug off a 1" Slip port which measures 1 5/16" ID on a manifold or other fittings or Cap a 1" Slip fitting that would measure about 1 5/16" OD..
