This part is a (10) American Products Luxury Jet Body Flange with Silicone and Tool to Install. This Flange that fits a 2 5/8" Hole can be found on may brands of Hot Tubs but the main brand I find them broken in is a La Spa. I have also seen them in Cal Spa , Streamline , and many more.
