This Filter is a 40 Square Foot Filter Cartridge that is 6" Outside Diameter x 8 1/4" in Length. It has a 1 1/2" SAE Threaded Fitting which is a Thick Thread that measures about 2" outside diameter of the threads. SAE Threads are really thick.
