This part is a Balboa Topside VL700S Control Panel for 2 Pumps, Blower with Lights and a Phone Plug. This has 7 buttons Top Row: Temperature Warm, Light, Blower. Bottom Row: Mode, Temperature Cool, Jet 1 and Jet 2. Measurements of this Balboa Topside are outside to outside 9 3/4" x 3 1/8" with a 7' phone style Cord. The hole measurements are 8 3/8" x 2 3/8". This Part will replace 53896 and is designed to work with VS and GS series Hot Tub controls. 5381
